Noisy, dirty

Paper thin walls always hear neighbors vacuum and dogs barking. Random, sketchy delivery people walking throughout property. Complex is not safe givn it "supposedly" is gated.

Noisy, dirty and unsafe surroundings

Thin walls where you constantly hear loud neighbors and their dogs. Feces and other stains on carpets. Elevators and halls have a foul smell. Not comfortable living at all!
